How to Support: Volunteer at the Snack Shack and sell snacks/beverages/T-Shirts with the Booster Club Officers, Hand Out Flyers, Buy T-Shirts & Concessions! Donate snacks & beverages to sell at our upcoming events. If your child is performing in the concert, help us set up, watch your child's performance, then help us clean up.

How to Support: Bring your friends and family to our monthly dine & donate events around town. Let the restaurant know you're part of the fundraiser when you order. They'll send us a percentage.

How to Support: Show up to our monthly coffee & chat casual gatherings at various local coffee shops. Share ideas with the Booster Club, make new friends, no formal agenda.
Kona Ice after 7th Grade & 8th Grade Awards Ceremonies

Dates of Event:
May 27th 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm (after 7th Grade Awards)
May 28th 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (after 8th Grade Awards)
Fundraising Goal: $600
Our fundraising goal will provide flowers for the 8th graders at their awards ceremony, as well as supporting up to 11 certificates and Visa gift cards for students in the 8th grade.
How to Support: If you're attending the 7th grade or 8th grade Awards Ceremony, stop by the Kona Ice truck afterward and buy a refreshing Kona Ice. A portion of each sale will be donated to our school. Additional donations are always welcomed via Zeffy. We also need 4 adult volunteers to assist with keeping the line organized, and serving the kona ice/adding flavor syrups. See the Sign Up Genius Link below:

2026-27 Volunteers Needed for:
Hospitality & Supply Runner: We're looking for a volunteer to help keep our Booster Club fridge, snack shack, and supply closet stocked, fresh, and event-ready! Tasks may include restocking snacks and bottled water, picking up bags of ice or pre-ordered food, and making sure drinks are cold before events. Time commitment, 1-2 hours per month.
Canva Designer: We're looking for someone who is handy in Canva to design various flyers throughout the year in our team's Canva account. Time commitment, 1-2 hours per month.
Dine & Donate Coordinator: We're looking for a volunteer to coordinate our monthly dine and donate events at various local restaurants such as: Dairy Queen, Some Burros, Chipotle, Kona Ice, etc. The role involves confirming dates for event, establishing the percentage earned on our group's sales, promoting the event to our school community, and following up with thank you's and check collection. Time commitment, 1-2 hours per month.
Fall Festival Volunteers: We're looking for volunteers to help with various areas of planning and execution. Let us know if you'd like to be on the committee. We're happy to have one hour of help, or many - just let us know what you can do to support. We'll need sign makers, booth sitters, idea generators, ticket takers, etc. The committee will begin meeting on a regular basis near the beginning of the school year. Fall Festival is typically mid November on campus.

How to Support: Go to www.fryscommunityrewards.com and enroll in the Community Reward program. Be sure to select Connolly Booster Club as the organization linked to your Fry's V.I.P. card and the fundraising will be automatic every time you shop at Frys (for eligible purchases).

How to Support: Throughout the year, Booster Club collects snacks, gift cards, donations and then treats the teachers and staff of Connolly & Aspire.
During conference weeks (fall/spring) and during teacher appreciation week in May, Booster Club typically sponsors a lunch for teachers & staff one day during the week and pizza or sandwiches for dinner on their long conference days.
Booster also treats the teachers and staff by sponsoring small gifts, gift cards, snacks & goodies, and some of the food at their annual holiday party.
2026-27 Secretary Position Open
Secretary - We're looking for someone to help keep notes at our monthly meetings to keep us organized and on task. Monthly time commitment would be an hour per week to print agenda and prep minutes for our meetings. Additional tasks may include writing thank you notes, updating the Week at a Glance flyer, or other items and can be done at home on your own schedule.
Elections were held at the General Meeting on April 1st, 2026, where the positions of Treasurer and President were filled. We voted in a Vice President at the May 20th, 2026 Executive Board Meeting. We'll have another election near the beginning of the 2026-27 school year once our newest 6th grade families are tuned in.
